Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:

FedEx with packaging: $75.00

FedEx without packaging: $56.00

USPS with packaging: $30.00

USPS without packaging: $20.00

Please select the shipping method that best suits your needs at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Time

Processing Time:   All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time:  Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In case of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We do not currently offer free shipping.  Except for some products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, except to Austria due to customs restrictions.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations.

International shipping times may vary due to customs processing and other external factors.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking updates to accurately reflect.

Lost or Damaged Packages
